Found nothing specific about SMIT PARROT, but I think that these little towing/workboats were originally with NATO forces on the Rhine and elsewhere.

Anyway, this one was lying in a boatyard in Zeebrugge harbour on 18/11/2019.

I have no source for the these, but it seems likely that they are nothing to do with "Les Abeilles"
Perhaps later Suez company small tugs, or even some of Abeille 1-7 renamed
Whose navy were they minesweepers with - not listed in British or French navy lists - Egyptian?
